Bug fix to public release

• Updated authentication code for twitter after their random change
• Added a new version reminder to the Export dialog

Minor update to the public release

• Added functionality to add a comment to the photos you upload from Adobe Lightroom to drop.io

Public release with the following changes:

• Added twitter support (with thanks to Jeffrey Friedl and his code for authenticating users with twitter.)
• Increased JPEG output from 500px to 800px in the free trial version.
• Updated error handling around network failures when connecting to drop.io.
• Added more trace debug output when enhanced logging is enabled.
