Plug-in update - added twitter support

I am pleased to announce an update to the Photo-drop Lr plug-in for Adobe Lightroom, providing support for twitter.

You can now send a tweet when you upload photos to drop.io, making sharing your photos with family and friends even easier.  The plug-in automatically appends a short URL link to the drop at the end of your message and posts it to your twitter account.

 

This wouldn't have been possible without the generous help of Jeffrey Friedl.  Jeffrey kindly shared his own code for authenticating users with twitter.

The new twitter functionality is available in the free trial version of the plug-in without any restriction.
